real ug docs

are available as 3 tech reports linked from:
  http://www.cs.berkeley.edu/~sequin/BIO/techreports.html
which i have also cached at the moment in pdf format at:
  graphics:/home/luka/UG/*

note that there are also several sets of notes/manpages
locally (all checked into walkthru somewhere i believe:
look under src/ug, and mit/doc, and mit/src/documentation),
none of which are terribly clear or complete, however.
they do have the one virtue that they are all more recent
than the above TR's however, and cover hacks^H^H^H^H^H
extensions that have been added in the last decade.

oh, and there was also the actual UG group at berkeley:
  http://www.cs.berkeley.edu/~ug/
but that group has largely graduated now, and it seems
they have pretty thoroughly shifted from ug to the new
"SLIDE" format they developed anyway. (the page no
longer even mentions UG, interestingly.)

just an fyi, since there's been some issues around specs.
enjoy these. don't hurt yourselves with them. ;)
