Watcher Client.

The watcher client's engine similarly runs in a loop, periodically requesting the watch manager to give it a list of new results starting from the last result it (the watcher) has seen. The watch manager returns a result list, which the engine then passes to the watch GUI. The watch GUI then goes through the results in the list and updates itself accordingly.
