GIGABEATS (Knowledge Discovery from Physiological Data)

The Alfa Group is pioneering an effort to use advanced, scalable machine learning for discovering knowledge within a 'BigData' scale repository of beat-level features of physiological waveforms, such as arterial blood pressure and ECG. The repository originates from waveforms that are part of the MIMIC II Waveform Database.
