Any R5RS author who wants to examine the current draft of that
paper between now and Thursday can fetch it by anonymous ftp
from ftp://ftp.ccs.neu.edu/pub/people/will/tail.draft.ps.gz.
Appendix A will probably not be part of the conference paper,
and there will be other changes as well.
