Status of Scheme standard in ANSI

Apparently the IEEE Scheme standard was summarily submitted to ANSI,
and approved, after listing a call for comments in the Federal Register.
As this happened in 1991, it apparently didn't make it into the 1991
ANSI catalogue, but Clyde Camp assures me that it is listed in the
1992 catalogue as ANSI/IEEE 1178-1991.   The phone number for ordering
copies is 212-642-4900, but it isn't actually available yet (apparently
hasn't been printed on ANSI authority yet.)
