minutes from Utah

I'm sorry I haven't yet typed up my minutes for posting to this group.
Excuses:  I've moved from Hillsboro to Eugene, sold a house, taken a
vacation, and so forth.  I'm getting settled now and should be able to
post the minutes within a few days, by which time I should have learned
how to use this mail system and editor.

Electronic mail sent to my old address at Tektronix will probably get to
me eventually, but everyone will be happier if you use the new address.
