I am a mathematical physicist presently working with Hal Abelson, Gerry Sussman, and Jack Wisdom on a book on how to do variational mechanics in scheme. Other interests are: applications of differential geometry to gauge theories, algebraic quantum field theory, wavelet transforms (applied to turbulence, in particular).
