The Annual Meeting of the Cambridge Entomological Club was held in the Council room of the Boston Society of Natural History on the evening of January 19, 1904; President Morse in the chair; 17 members present. The record of the last meeting was read and accepted. Mr. Field presented a final report on the finances of the Harris Club. On motion of Mr. Newcomb it was voted to sell the library of the Harris Club at auction at the next meeting. The report
of the Secretary for the year just closed was read and accepted. The report of
the Treasurer was read, and the Chair appointed Messrs. Bolster and Bowditch to act as auditors. Mr. Samuel H. Scudder was unanimously elected to Life Membership in the Club. Mr. Hayward called attention to the fact that the Club's age was just thirty years and ten days, the first meeting having been held January 9, 1874.
