Unbound and unassigned variables.

I am thinking of changing this. Currently there is no such thing as an unbound or unassigned gunk variable. A new variable receives a default value which is a symbol of the form SPMquot#[unassigned"  nameSPMquot]". Adding unassigned reference traps will slow things down slightly but it is probably worth it for debugging.
