That sounds about right.  If you need driver and power management, and
controllable cluster size, consider Linux or OS/2.  Both have those abilities,
plus they are networkable, have been around for a LONG time (at least regular
UNIX has!), and there is good APM support for both OS/2 since 2.1, and also
Linux.  There are also other good things about it, but I will explain later.
