NT 4.0 migration

With all this discussion (and especially the comment about how much faster
NT 4.0 was than 95), I'm seriously considering a migration for my 760E.  I
visited the IBM support site yesterday and noticed that all the NT 4.0
drivers are now out for the 760E.  There are a few things that I'd like to
know, however:

1) Can I migrate from 95?

I've always installed NT 4.0 fresh, but I'd really like to keep some of the
programs that came with the machine, specifically FaxWorks.  Any thoughts
on this?

2) Does APM work?

Without it, I expect my battery life to be about an hour!

3) Anyone verified that all the resolutions are available from the new
video support that's on the IBM site?
