Check out L.A. Trade (usually has ads in PC and PC-Computing) who 
lists 32MB for $536 for the IBM 701.  Their phone number is 
1-800-433-3726.

What I don't understand from looking at their ad is that while they 
charge $536 for 32MB for the 701, and that 16MB for the 701 costs 
$169, they charge $189 for a 72-pin SO-DIMM 3.3v 16MB module.  Both 
16MB modules should be the same price since they should be the same 
identical product.  At least the 16MB is cheaper when listed for the 
701.  

Personally, I'm waiting for the 32MB to drop in price since 
with my luck, if I bought it at $536 today it would probably drop to 
$169 by the following week, much like what happened when I thought I 
was getting a deal when buying my 16MB module for $499.  :-)

I think the demand for 32MB for notebooks will drive the price of 
32MB SO-DIMMs down rather soon, seeing that 32MB tends to be a 
present standard for new Pentium desktops.
