Re: 760ELD suspend/hang problem.



My 760ELD does the same thing and I have to reset it via the reset button 
on the back of the unit. Usually, I'd have to switched it off and on 
about 3 times to get the screen to come up.

Wonderful IBM's technology...

Happens on both battery power and AC.  BIOS is set for automatic 
hibernation/suspend. 
No recent additions (or deletions) on the hardware side (hibernation file 

size is correctly
configured as RAM +1).  Remember, I indicated that the problem was 
sporadic 
(although
it mostly DOESN'T work -- just hangs).
