Mwave drivers for NT are available and have been for over a month.  
The url is as always: ftp://ftp.pc.ibm.com/pub/pccbbs/mobiles
the files are: mwavent1.exe, mwavent2.exe and mwaventx.doc
Note what I wrote before:
