RE: Has Anyone Ever External Midi'd a 755CD

I purchased a parallel to MIDI converter about 18 months ago and have since 
been successfully using it on Windows 3.11 and now on Windows 95 with my 
TP750.  If you wish to use the device during a session, then the converter 
must be connected to the parallel port when the computer boots so that the 
converter is correctly initialized.  It allows both the playing of MIDI 
music on my electronic keyboard and also the recording of material from the 
keyboard.  The converter can either be powered from the parallel cable or 
from a separate voltage converter.  IMO, the beauty of this approach is that 
the device is quickly transferred between any standard IBM-compatible 
computer.  You may be more restricted if you use a PC-Card device.  E-mail

How bout putting MIDI on a 701c, has anyone done that. 701 has a port
replicator, but no game port. Is it even possible to use the MIDI on TP701?
