Asymetrix DVP question

I'm using Asymetrix' Digital Video Producer 3.0C (pre-installed)on a
760CD with 16 meg of RAM.  My OS is Win95.  

I'm having trouble with the 'Video Format' command under the Options
menu.  It usually (almost always) won't display. As a result, I can't
define the size of the still-frame or video being captured.  It defaults
to a small (120 X 120 approx.) format. 

This is a known problem: Asymetrix mentions it on a readme file and says
it happens due to a conflict with 95's Video for Windows drivers.

Anyone know about a) a patch, b) a work-around, c) newer versions that
may have sorted this out?
