I've had good experiences with the return policy of this company: My
original laptop was a Toshiba, bought from PCs Compleat. When it turned out
to be unsatisfactory (power management was absurd, but that was the design)
they accepted it back without any hassles, and promptly credited the card I
had purchased it with. If only more companies behaved so well....
