Argh! I know the feeling.  There are particular pieces of data that I am 
unable to download because of this.  Particular gifs, etc.

This seems to be terribly aggravated under win 95 running Netscape(2.x or 
3.x).  UWith FTP under win 95, I don't have a problem or when I run 
FreeBSD's PPP client.
