We are authorized re-sellers of MPM who is the only mfg 
of authorized IBM memory for the Thinkpad series. I 
believe Chip Merchant only gives two or three year 
warranty not lifetime as MPM does. MPM is also the only 
vendor who give international service agreements backed 
by IBM. We are offering that dimm for $300.00 with all of 
the MPM and IBM benifts.
