755cx and virtual screens

I used to have a virtual screen on my thinkpad. 1024x768 as I recall and
the mouse was used to pan the display (like X). Now on a reinstall of
the same o/s (win95, ugh) I've seemed to have lost that feature.

Where did it go? I though I installed all the goodies, and the program
that I used to set that virtuosity (Display) now does not offer the
virtual screen option (or any of the lcd options for that matter save
for the vertical expansion).
