Win95 & Thinkpads

I'm running both my Thinkpads (755cx & 760c) with Win95, and I don't 
have any of the Thinkpad Features programs that the manual is always 
referring to. I have my MWave DSP's working, I have updated the 
system program as recommended by IBM, but I just don't have the 
Features stuff (whatever it does).

Do I need it? Where do I get it? What stuff aside from regular Win95 
are you folks on this list running on your Win95 Thinkpads?
