I think the fault here lies in the fact that the user failed to read
the manual, if he had done so he would have realised that a 4X cup
holder will only support paper cups no larger than 10 fl ozs. I guess
he had his coffee in a china mug and for that he would need at least a
6X cup holder. I have a Toshiba 8X cup holder and I can get it to
support a pint of lager quite easily.

BTW does anyone out there know how to get a Bus Toaster card to toast
BOTH sides of the bread at the same time under Linux.
