Jumper Settings for Dock I

I've recently purchased a used Dock I, but unfortunately it didn't
come with a manual. I'd be very grateful if someone who owns one
could take a quick look and send me the definitions for the internal
jumper settings. (Actually, the jumpers are labelled on the board, but
there are a couple of switch blocks which aren't documented there).

Many thanks in advance!  Of course, the next step is to get one of
those crazy SCSI cables for the external port...
