Hello Roger,
When I had to take my DOCK I in for repairs, the IBM comstomer service told
me about several different places in the area, but I would really urge
you to consider EZ-serve. When i took my computer into "Connecting Point"
in LA off of LaBrea and Wilshire.
....I'm telling you the place so your STAY AWAY from them...
It took the 2 months to get it back to me! Not only that but they lost
both of the keys to it and the IBM service tech had to 'break-in' in
order to get to fix it, all repared of course. I've only had excellent
service with EZ-serve. I've had my 750 in for repiar twice and both time
it can back in 4 days or less. :) One time with a new keyboard and cat's
tounge.
BUT I you want walk-in sevice, if you call 1-800-772-2227 they have an
a customer service person that tells you where the nearest service center
is...
Hope this helps...
