Gold service



I received my 760CD in late december. Examining all the brochures PCDirect
sent me with the machine, I clearly remember one offering the extended 3
years warranty "Gold Service" for $169. I was going to send it in after the
holidays, but, when I went back to look for it, I could not find it
anymore. 

I have spent the last 3 weeks navigating thru a maze of 800 numbers, with
and average of 20 minutes on hold for each of them. Nobody at PCDirect and
IBM mobile support or marketing groups seems to know about this extended
warranty, or how to order it.

Am I dreaming? Has IBM discontinued the service? Can anyone give me a phone
number to get more informations or order the service before it is too late?
