Cluster Sizes on FAT partitions?

Does anyone know how the file cluster size breakdown varies with the size of
a partition?  I know it goes something like this:

        Size                Cluster Size
   up to 128 MB         2K
    128 - 256 MB        4K
    256 - ? MB            8K
        ???                   16K

        I can't remember how exactly it breaks down after 256 MB size
partitions.  I am particularly interested in much larger
partitions--approaching 2 Gigabytes in size.

        Anyone know?  Thanks in advance...
