755CD... anything bad?

Hi folks,

we are considering purchasing a 755CD.  we already have 755CE, CX, and lots
of 750Cs machines.

are than any bad things about the 755CD we should be aware of?  

do all the extra goodies (like CD-ROM, video-in/out and MIDI, etc) all work
well under Windows95?

is a 4X CD-ROM available (can you buy a 760 replacement CD-ROM and stick it
into the 755CD ultrabay?)?  can it take a lithium battery?  is the battery
life comparible to a 755CE?
