Megahertz EtherModem and Warp Connect

I recently upgraded from Warp to Warp Connect on my 755c in the hopes of being able to access our LAN at work.  Come to find out that my ethermodem (Megahertz EM1144t) does not have a driver for OS/2 -dido for Warp Connect.
I did not anticipate any compatability problems since Warp had preinstalled Megahertz modem drivers (bad assumption).

Anyone know of a work around short of buying a different card?  BTW Megahertz claims their working on a driver but Windoze 95 work has all their attention now (which means theres no driver insight).
