SVGA Win-OS/2 under Warp

I know I shouldn't expect a response during a holidy, but I'm getting
desperate.

In a nutshell, someone sent a message to this list telling how to set
the resolution of a Windows session under OS/2.  It involved changes
in the system.ini and win.ini files and possibly others.  All I need
is a copy of that message.
