4mb dram for 750

Hi all
It seems its really hard to get 4mb dram cards for the thinkpad 750 in 
Australia.  Can anyone suggest a mail order company that seels them.  The 
only one I know of is sparco and the memory there seems quite expensive.  
Are there any others that sell 4mb dram for the tp750?

Please if possible a non 1-800 number would be best. I can't dial 1-800
