The Thinkpad AC adapter recall story appeared in clari.tw.computers
today. The quick summary is that adapters with model number AA19210
that were sold after 1 Oct 1994 have an internal fault which could
pose an electrical shock hazard.
The defective adapters shipped with Thinkpad models 360CS, 755C,
755CE and 755CD.
