TP755, Faxworks and Organizer

We are working to get the people at Faxworks to recognize that other PIM's
such as Organizer version 2, Winfax 4 and Act 2.03 exist.  They keep saying
go to IBM who in my impression is blind to the fact that people on occasion
use other than the preloaded software and certainly do upgrade there
software.  The supplied version of Faxworks which is needed to make the
mwave telephony work is looking for Winfax 2.5 data or bombs looking for
tzdll.dll as organizer 1.0 file.  Anyone know of a small device that we
might use to put under our collegues at Faxworks or IBM to recognize these
types of issues???
