ADMIN: OS wars

This is meant to be a gentle reminder.

The people who have subscribed to the tp750 list have done so because they
are interested in discussion related to tp750 and similar laptop computers.

While discussion of various PC operating systems (especially things
like how well they work on tp750s or how well they support power
management, pcmcia, etc.) seems relevant, prolonged discussion of the
general merits of these operating systems would seem to be
out-of-scope for this group.

I therefore request that the 'OS wars' discussion be moved elsewhere.
