Re: truth of '()
I would prefer that '() be true always. I think that the question should be
`why should anything other than #f be false?'. While I understand the
historical arguments and sympathize with implementors, I feel that having
(if '() #t #f) return #t or #f depending on the implementation will be bad
for the language. It will be an irritation for a long time if this is not
decided now; a hinderance to portability.
