If you have made your presentation offline, it is a good idea to put it on the web in the directory /afs/w3.org/pub/WWW/Talks.
Just copy your directory C:\Talks\YYMMsub\ there, and link your presentation from your area or http://www.w3.org/pub/WWW/Talks/Overview.html
