You are encouraged to attend the whole conference, not only the workhsop. In this case, you can simply use the following page:

This registration includes conference and workshop participation (including a ticket to the banquet).

You can also attend only the workshop but not the conference or the banquet. In this case, you will need to use a different registration page:

This registration costs $200 and includes only workshop participation.
