Please create a homepage for your workshop that contains information about it, and send us the URL by March 7. Your webpage should contain the description of the workshop topic and format, the workshop schedule, information about confirmed speakers and participants, the contact person (including email) for people interested in participating in the workshop, information about which materials (such as papers) you want the speakers and participants to submit, as well as the material submitted by them. Also, please send us by March 7 a 200 word of your workshop and a contact email address. We will put this information on the conference webpage and distribute it on the ROBOTICS mailing list once. Note, however, that it is your responsibility to advertise your workshop and invite speakers, and advertising (such as personally approaching potential participants) usually makes a big difference in attendance. Please send us a detailed schedule of your workshop, a list of CONFIRMED speakers, and a list of CONFIRMED participants by April 1. Clearly, there might be potential participants who have expressed interest in your workshop but not yet committed to participating. Please list them separately. Note that we need this information mostly to ensure that your workshop does not need to get canceled because of lack of participants and to do some room planning. It is perfectly fine if additional people register for your workshop later.
