Chapman a Canadian and great industrialist.He was
African Area Director of SIL International, who
unfortunately died in the plane crash of Kenya Airways
Flight 431 in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, January 30 2000.

concerning it, the account has no other beneficiary
and my investigation proved to me as well that until
his death he has a Gold/Diamond Consulting firm. I
also found out that their only surviving daughter
died last year. 
Since then I have made several enquiries to locate any
of my clients extended relatives, this has also proved
unsuccessful. After these several unsuccessful
attempts, I decided to contact you.I contacted you
to assist in repartrating the money and property left
behind by my client before they get confiscated or
declared unserviceable by the bank where this huge
deposits were lodged. Particularly,the Bank where the
deceased had an account valued at about US$15.2M
(Fifteen Million Two Hundred Thousand United Stated
Dollars). 
Conseqently, the bank issued me a notice to provide
the a co-director or have the account confiscated.
Since I have been unsuccesfull in locating his
co-director for over 2 years now. I seek your consent
to present you as the co-director of the deceased so
that the proceeds of this account valued at
US$15.2million can be paid to you and then you and me
can share the money. 60% to me and 40% to you. 
I have all necessary legal documents that can be used
to back up any claim we may make. All I require is
your honest co-operation to enable us see this deal
through. I guarantee that this will be executed under
a legitimate arrangement that will protect you from
any breach of the law.All documents of transaction
