Online Submission System

The online submission system is closed.

Format

Submissions should be full papers in the IEEE proceedings format. The recommended page length is 6 pages and the limit is 8 pages. That is, submissions must not exceed 8 pages. Supplementary material can be submitted.

Submissions must be blind (author names and affiliation removed). The reviewing process will be double blind.

Submissions must present original unpublished work. Furthermore, work submitted to ICCP cannot be submitted to another forum during the reviewing process.
