notes: Great applet.  Easy to use and demonstrates all the functionality.
It would have been nicer to give the user more real-time interaction
with the object (say, by having the translations apply as the mouse
moves).  This would have shown that you could use the matrix3d class
more the way it is used in real programs.  Otherwise, your code looks
great.
