[6.837/8] Java Documentation for Windows

Hi,
	I just added to the links page of the 6.837 web page a pointer
where you can get the windows help file for the JDK 1.1.8

the advantage is that you can do searches and don't have to start a web
browser to look at the documentation.

You can also find java documentation on the web by following the pointer
to the MIT java web page.
