Member Attempting to reinstate Membership Status

It seems as though my account has been block without my knowledge. I am requesting that my account be reinstated. I was born 8/27/1938 and I am sure that gives me the right age other  than 14 or over. I do not want to change my email address and the party under 14 use my computer to set uo their own pass and ID number. If it helps her name is Mercedese, ID # is yuffie2112 and she use my email address. at present I am block. Please inform.
