sync sources that still have multiple copies.  (don't ask.)
this one is: util/{firewalk,furn}/ugview.{cpp,c}
result: ugview.cpp was slightly newer version of furn/ugview.c, latter
  being a latent build.  changes i made to ugview.cpp are now patched
  back to ugview.c as well.  ugview.c remains untested due to furn not
  compiling yet.  (when it builds, resolve the remaining diffs and
  collapse any duplication.)
