Perf numbers on reduced basemap

These numbers still suck. Avg query time is just under 6 minutes, with a 
peak time well over that. Perhaps you can bring the basemap down to 10,000 
spaces or fewer as a target? I'll add some more info to my profiler to 
make sure the avg route length is also tracked.

** Max:  717069 ms
