Log Message:
Added a readme explaining what is going on in this directory

Added some comments to direction

Changed the portal constructor to take a z value (3D location in world space)

Rewrote parser code in JLS to read in 3d values for spaces and portals

Changed Makefile to load some pseudo-real data that conforms to the
new spec for testing purposes.
