functional change: patch to dm/draw.cpp which fixes z buffer resolution
  errors on x86/linux.  yay!
more windows removal: *.{bat,BAT} under src/. (which is the wrong place
  for them anyway, i note.  grr.)
more tcl lib cleanup: missed a file in the last set, lib/minihelp/.message.
