bmg web root now mounted to all graphics machines

   /citypub/www/html/bmg

is now visible across all graphics machines.
its world-readable contents are served by
city.lcs as

   http://city.lcs.mit.edu/bmg

since we no longer need to ssh into city.lcs, this
should make posting/updating to bmg easier.  you'll
still need to coordinate with other BMG'ers to avoid
simultaneous edits of individual files.
