zoning and other maps of cambridge

the city of cambridge has posted a number of useful
maps and GIS datasets.  it would be cool to integrate
these into the BMG and citywalk projects as contextual
information, or even (eventually) expand the scope of
the project to do procedural extrusion, etc., of the
cambridge data.
