combatting my own rumors, it seems nw12 and 7.6 are the only things
missing, and 7.6 is missing on my '99 archival as well.  seth, if you
have some go-to person at plant, you might mention to them that 7.6 is
a broken link, and i bet they'll appreciate the bug report (or let us
know if there's some other reason it's missing).
