tentative cvs plans

as i mumbled at the meeting, i'm going to take a stab at cvs
export again rsn.  maybe this weekend, maybe.  i've been getting
a little behind this week, and still want to fix a few things
that caused trouble before, prior to doing this.  (really, you
don't want to know...)

so if you're doing active enough dev that i should know and work
with you now, let me know.  else i'll assume the constraints are
about like they were last time.  same process, same effects
planned, go read the archive if you want to review it.  i'll try
to give at least a day's notice once i'm ready to go before
actually doing the deed.
